One of the better documentaries on Ali's often documented life. It's currently rated 91% fresh on Rottentomates with the critic's consensus being "Director Bill Siegel doesn't explore any new boundaries of the documentary with The Trials of Muhammad Ali, but his subject is so inherently fascinating that the movie proves gripping in spite of its familiar beats."
This should be required viewing for any boxing fan and gives context and better insight into Ali's religious views, racial outlook, and wartime dissent.
