First question: How much say so does Haymon have? I mean, if Manny Pacquiao said "IF I CANT GET COTTO, I WILL GET ANOTHER PUERTO RICAN. BRING ON DANNY GARCIA SO I MAY FEAST", then how much say so does Haymon have to turn him down? Can't Danny say "nah, I want to fight Manny."?
Second question: Is Espioza in hot water? I mean..this whole thing seems to really push them into a corner. If Oscar works with Arum I cannot see the fights together being on SHO time. HBO won't let it happen and I am sure there is some sort of alliance that HBO and Arum have because of the current boxing landscape. They will not let any more fighters go. That and it does not look like the Floyd contract is doing as well as they thought. IMO, this works out badly for SHO. Haymon is trying to own the division, but if Oscar and Arum work together I see it going one of two ways.
1) Alvarez and Mares go with Oscar to HBO. Showtime loses two good fighters and none of them will work with Haymon if GBP teams up with Arum. Less fights. No Showtime.
2) Oscar works with Arum, Arum sucks the remaining life out of Oscar, Oscar gets upset and cuts ties with everyone and disappears. No clue where Canelo and Mares go.
