FS1, 8:00 pm ET, Bryant Perrella vs Yordenis Ugas, Ryan Karl vs Jose Felix Quezada. For now, this is the only card on the PBC schedule for the remainder of 2016. I don’t mean on FS1, I mean period. Perella is a good prospect, Ugas is a busted Cuban with talent and could on the right night maybe do something, maybe. Karl is a fun TV fighter. BLH will have live coverage.

7:00 pm ET, Bad Left Hook Classic Fight Night #1. Yes, I will actually remember this week. I’ve got it all queued up and ready to roll. For our first BLHCFN (that rolls off the tongue), we’ll be watching Israel Vazquez vs Jhonny Gonzalez (2006), Thomas Hearns vs Iran Barkley (1988), and George Foreman vs Ron Lyle (1976). We’ll be watching over at Watch2Gether, then we’ll come back over here for some post-fight discussion on what we saw. All you have to do is click a link to the page when it’s live. You don’t even have to sign up anywhere.
Friday, September 30
Estrella TV, 10:00 pm ET, Michael Perez vs Petr Petrov. This is a pretty good matchup. Perez was a prospect a few years ago but lost to Omar Figueroa. He’s rebounded well since then. Petrov is a sturdy veteran who won a Boxcino tournament.
Telemundo, 11:35 pm ET, Alejandro Hernandez vs Emmanuel Dominguez.
Saturday, October 1
Sky Sports 2 (UK) / SAT1 (GER), 3:00 pm ET, Jürgen Brähmer vs Nathan Cleverly. This fight has been years in the making, really, ever since Cleverly held the WBO light heavyweight title, which he got full custody of, so to speak, when Brähmer couldn’t make it to the UK for a scheduled fight. Now, they’re at very different career stages. Cleverly has been beaten by Sergey Kovalev, Tony Bellew, and Andrzej Fonfara, but he’s still a sight better than the average Brähmer foe. BLH will have live coverage.
Televisa (MEX), 11:00 pm ET, Jessica Chavez vs Naoko Fujioka, Alejandro Davila vs Jose Lopez.
