A November to Remember? Marquez-Juarez Rescheduled.
Good thing Juan Manuel Marquez broke his hand. Now, instead of paying $44.95 to see the Marquez-Juarez fight on HBO PPV, we'll get to see it for free on Showtime. We'll just have to wait a couple of months.
That's right, the Juan Manuel Marquez-Rocky Juarez fight has been rescheduled (along with the Robert Guerrero mandatory) for November 3rd, and will be aired live on Showtime. It will be the first of four major fights in November, which is shaping up to be one of the best months for boxing in recent memory. The weekend following Marquez-Juarez, we'll have Cotto-Mosley on HBO PPV. The weekend after that, it'll be Joan Guzman versus Humberto Soto on Boxing After Dark. And, finally, on the 23rd, we'll finally get to see Vargas-Mayorga. Not to be outdone, the first two weekends of December feature Cintron-Clottey and Mayweather-Hatton. Can't hardly wait.
