PrintJust in case you somehow totally missed it, this is from the January 11, 2008 edition of Friday Night Fights, and is the early front-runner for KO of the Year.
My round-by-round reaction read as follows: "Miranda comes out throwing, and Banks goes down on a slip. Bad canvas tonight? Atlas and Pascal have an interesting conversation about Pascal's weaknesses while OH MY GOD. OH MY GOD. OH MY GOD. HUGE RIGHT HAND. BANKS FALLS OUT OF THE RING. GOODNIGHT, SEMINOLE HARD ROCK. HOLY SHIT. GOOD GOD."
Is it any surprise that Jean Pascal, seated at the commentary booth ringside, didn't work out a deal to fight Miranda?
