Corey Erdman of SIRIUS 98 and our sister site The Boxing Bulletin had a chance to interview "Hammerin'" Hank Lundy just a couple of days before Lundy's last-minute fight in Montreal against Omri Lowther. It's audio, so you don't even have to go so far as to read. What could be better?
Dan Rafael reports that "Hammerin'" Hank Lundy will take Edner Cherry's place against Omri Lowther on Saturday in Montreal. The ESPN2 card has been a nightmare to put together, as they've gone through several main events. Lundy lost his last fight to John Molina on Friday Night Fights, and taking the fight on such short notice is a pretty ballsy move.
"Hammerin'" Hank Lundy (18-0-1, 10 KO) will face action fighter John Molina (20-1, 16 KO) on ESPN2's Friday Night Fights on July 9. This one promises to be a pretty entertaining fight. Lundy's last bout was in April on FNF, against Tyrese Hendrix, and was a fun scrap. Molina has won a couple fights since losing last year to Martin Honorio.
