According to Puerto Rico Newspaper Primera Hora, if Juan Manuel Lopez defends his title against Bernabe Concepcion he will face Rafael Marquez. Marquez' promoter Fernando Beltran said: "It is almost a done deal. It is an interesting match up that has a lot to bring to the fans" Tentative date for the fight: September 18
