Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com is reporting that TNA has dropped a legal bombshell on WWE regarding their former office worker Brian Wittenstein. TNA allege that Wittenstein passed on confidential information to WWE about their contracts while working for WWE's talent relations department earlier this year and that despite firing him that they have used that illegally obtained knowledge to their advantage since then, especially in their pursual of Ric Flair.

Brooke Hogan isn't the only daughter of a famous wrestler to sign with a major wrestling company this week. As Dave Meltzer reported in his May 21st Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Ashley Flair has signed a developmental deal with WWE, which is eyebrow raising as her father Ric is currently working for TNA.

We can now reveal the main sticking point between WWE and TNA that almost stopped Ric Flair from attending this year's WWE Hall Of Fame ceremony. According to Dave Meltzer, TNA wanted it to be publicly mentioned that Flair currently works for their company, but clearly WWE stuck to their guns and they backed down, as there was no mention of their main competitor at the ceremony itself or on WWE television.

Shortly after WWE.com confirmed Ric Flair's attendance at this year's WWE Hall Of Fame induction ceremony on Saturday night, TNA issued their own press release. It was necessary because WWE's announcement flagrantly ignored the fact that Ric Flair is still an employee of TNA Wrestling and his appearance was dependent on Dixie Carter's approval.

WWE has now confirmed that Ric Flair will be in attendance at the Hall of Fame ceremony this weekend in Miami. But they also made yet another outrageous claim regarding one of their former talents.

In slightly surprising news, Dave Meltzer of f4wonline.com has reported on his most recent radio show that Shawn Michaels and Triple H would induct Mike Tyson into the WWE Hall Of Fame this Saturday night. The DX duo had been expected to do the honours for The Four Horsemen, as both men grew up idolising Flair and his henchmen. Now that role will go to "The American Dream" Dusty Rhodes instead.
