TMZ broke it last week that Floyd "Jumbo" Cummings, the final opponent of Joe Frazier's storied career, is suing ESPN Classic for airing their fight.
He is suing them because it violates the Right of Publicity Act, and brings Cummings' name into the public spotlight. He has lived a quiet life, he says, and since ESPN Classic used his name without his consent, they have somehow destroyed that. The entire, amazing suit is in PDF form here, thanks to TMZ.
