Details have surfaced on the Kelly Pavlik situation in Ohio, as we talked about yesterday.

The man in question is 38-year old Anthony Scandy, who is currently in a court battle with Pavlik over rights to the fighter. Scandy formerly had some sort of managerial role with Pavlik, 26.

Scandy is currently free on $2,500 bond from a charge in the beating of Seth Leach, which happened in late June. Scandy and six other men are charged with kidnapping, aggravated burglary and felonious assault in the Leach case. Scandy was also charged with domestic violence in 2007.

Pavlik said that everything he's heard is "second-hand and hearsay," but that he believes Scandy is capable of carrying out his threats, which reportedly include shooting the fighter in the hands.

Again, here's hoping we don't hear a whole lot more about this situation. No official charges have been filed, and Pavlik isn't seeking a restraining order.
