Donaire card back on has learned that the on-and-off, frequently postponed or changed card featuring Nonito Donaire's 112-pound title defense against Raul Martinez is back on for April 18 at Araneta Coliseum.

The card has changed dates more than a couple times and was called off last week, but now it appears it'll actually go ahead. I still wouldn't say this is 100% certain; maybe 90%.

Donaire (20-1, 13 KO) getting back in the ring is a good thing, and Martinez (24-0, 14 KO) is not only coming down from junior bantamweight, but the 27-year old Texan while largely uproven is a solid challenge, too. And the co-feature between 108-pound titlist Solis (28-1-2, 20 KO) and Viloria (24-2, 14 KO) is a nice fight, too, even though Viloria hasn't fought at 108 pounds in his last five outings, or fought a serious opponent, either.
