Friday night fights, Telemundo and Minto open thread

Deontay Wilder will try to score another knockout against a tomato can on tonight's Friday Night Fights.

There are a number of fights going on tonight.

On Friday Night Fights, starting at 10:00 p.m. Eastern, recent Golden Boy signee and former light welterweight titlist Vivian Harris will take on rugged journeyman Noe Bolanos.  Olympic bronze medalist Deontay Wilder will continue facing soft touches against 3-4 Travis Allen.  Philly prospect and Olympic trial runner-up Danny Garcia had to pull out and will not be on the card.  In his place, expect to see Keith Thurman, another Olympic trials runner up, who's 9-0 with 9 KOs.

At mintofight.com, for a $10.00 fee you can watch Brian Minto take on undefeated Donnell Holmes.  Holmes has one of the worst records out there for a guy who's undefeated through 35 fights.  He also has one of the worst nicknames out there, going by "The Real Touch of Sleep".  Like trying to say that DaVarryl Williamson stole your nickname will inspire dreams of exciting fights.  Hopefully, by touch of sleep, it doesn't mean that you'll get sleepy watching him, unlike Williamson.

On Telemundo at 11:35 p.m. is probably the fight of the night, with recent title challenger Antonio Pitalua facing Jose Reyes.
