Bad Left Hook Live Boxing Results and Commentary: Danny Green v. BJ Flores

Scott Christ is the managing editor of Bad Left Hook and has been covering boxing for SB Nation since 2006.

In just shy of 90 minutes, Premier Sports in the UK and Main Events in Australia will be airing the fight from Australia between Danny Green and BJ Flores. The co-feature is another cruiserweight battle, between Shane Cameron (25-2, 20 KO) and Anthony McCracken (13-4, 5 KO). Cameron, who generally fought around 230 pounds as a heavyweight, moved down to about 206 his last fight, and is trying to make a mark in the cruiserweight division, and perhaps set himself up with a fight against Green, which could definitely draw some money in Australia.

Since we didn't do a preview for this one, I'll stick with an earlier pick of Flores by decision. I think he's too long and too skilled for Green, who is aging and isn't really a cruiserweight to begin with. But it also won't shock me if Flores gets out-fought by the Aussie, because Flores isn't usually keen on engaging with guys, and Green is at his best when he's pressing and using his power.

But we'll find out what happens at 4am EST. Join us!
