Everyone is back on level terms as another 10 week season of pick'em action begins this weekend.
*** All players are limited over the course of the 10 week season to 10 doubles and 5 triples. If you're unsure of any other rules - please check the link in the box below.***
For those that haven't played before, welcome to the best pick'em game going. Please join right in and start playing (just make sure to check out the rules - we promise they are very simple).
An explanation of how to fill out your selections appears at the bottom of this post - please follow these instructions as it makes it easier for us to tabulate the results quickly each week.
Topping the bill in a weekend that features several highly ranked little fighters is a rematch of top ten flyweights, with Hernan Marquez and Luis Concepcion renewing hostilities in Mexico. The fighters met back in April, with Marquez winning via 11th round TKO in an early contender for 2011's FOTY. Moruti Mthalane, ranked a little ahead of both Marquez and Concepcion in the Bad Left Hook ratings, is also fighting this weekend, with the South African traveling to Italy to take on European champion Andrea Sarritzu.
Plus we've got the world's top ranked 105lb fighter in action, as Nkosinathi Joyi takes on top ten ranked challenger Katsunari Takayama in South Africa. The strawweights met back in January, with the bout ending in a 3rd round no-contest after the Japanese fighter suffered a bad cut due to an accidental clash of heads.
Also on the game-sheet is a super-bantamweight match-up from Mexico between Takalani Ndlovu and Giovanni Caro, and a 154lb clash from Oklahoma between Vanes Martirosyan and Richard Gutierrez.
