Oscar De La Hoya is back in the news, as a lawsuit alleging assault and battery, false imprisonment and emotional distress has been filed against him by model Marie Cecora.

Right now, reports that De La Hoya's attorney Judd Burstein has no comment on the matter.

The New York Post posted an interview with Cecora around 2:30 a.m. this morning. Cecora was fairly descriptive of what is being called a "kinky, booze-and-cocaine fueled sex party" in New York.

"It was beyond kinky," New York model Angelica Marie Cecora, 25, told The Post in an exclusive interview. "Things that I don’t even know how to explain were done with him."

... "He started to put my stuff on, my underwear. I had a skirt with me. He put that on," she said. ... "We had intercourse . . . He wasn’t taking no for an answer, as if I could leave.

"He ordered drugs to be delivered to the room. I tried to hide them from him to keep him under control, but he just wanted more and more."

Oscar entered rehab earlier this year, made a public apology to Bob Arum and Manny Pacquiao for prior comments (which got himself and Golden Boy Promotions dropped from a defamation lawsuit), and just last night, tweeted about getting his "six month chip" for six months' sobriety. Much of his public commentary has been about staying sober, about how he feels differently these days, and back in August, he did a heavily publicized interview with Univision where he opened up about his addictions and their impact on his life and marriage.

This lawsuit, obviously, paints a different picture than Oscar's descriptions of his drug and alcohol abuse, but nothing has been proven and the story is just that the suit was filed, along with, of course, the allegations from Cecora. I'm sure there will be more on this in the coming days and weeks.
