During last night's post-fight press conference, Miguel Cotto said that chemistry with new trainer Pedro Diaz was a key difference in defeating Antonio Margarito this time around, and that he's not about to make peace with his hated rival.
Click here for the video, but here's the transcript:
"I think that the energy I had, the training camp, and all the chemistry with the whole team was the real difference in this camp."
Did you feel there was any difference in his punching power?
"I don't know. ... I didn't feel anything in the last one, in this one, but my face is a lot different than the last time."
Did you guys embrace and have a chance to talk after the fight, and do you think this will end the feud, or will there still be bad feelings going forward?
"No, I don't have anything to talk to him (about), you know? He has his own life. I have my own here. He can keep with his life. I'm going to keep with mine."
