Bad Left Hook Radio for May 11, 2011: Ward vs Abraham Preview, Pacquiao vs Mosley Fallout, Inteview with Brent Brookhouse

Scott Christ is the managing editor of Bad Left Hook and has been covering boxing for SB Nation since 2006.

Bad Left Hook Radio is back this week for our second episode. This week there wasn't as much big show material to talk about, but we preview Saturday night's fight between Andre Ward and Arthur Abraham in the Super Six World Boxing Classic, plus I interview's Brent Brookhouse about some boxing/MMA relationships. Brent covered the Pacquiao vs Mosley fight for and did an excellent job over there. We discuss the pay scales of major boxing and UFC, compare UFC 129 and Pacquiao vs Mosley as pure spectacles, the curious MMA community's reaction to last Saturday's fight, and more.

Also: I sadly jump the gun on Gus Johnson in an expanded listener email Q&A section. Thanks to those who sent in questions and suggestions. A little talk on Chris Arreola, Kelly Pavlik, Mayweather vs Ortiz, Juan Manuel Marquez vs David Diaz, and some other stuff. This went long -- it's about 80 minutes total, and that won't be the standard. But since I have no real reason to, I'm not going to (A) cut interviews short, or (B) when I have them, cut out other stuff I want to talk about. (Well not always. I decided to ignore Jeff Lacy vs Nick Diaz to keep it under 100 minutes, at least.)
