Froch vs Johnson: Super Six Conference Call Live Updates

Scott Christ is the managing editor of Bad Left Hook and has been covering boxing for SB Nation since 2006.

Today at 4 p.m. EDT, Carl "The Cobra" Froch and Glen "Road Warrior" Johnson speak with members of the media on a Super Six conference call for their June 4 fight at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, N.J.

Also on the call will be Johnson's promoter, the incomparable and colorful Lou DiBella.

Froch and Johnson have traveled vastly different roads to get to the Super Six semifinal, with the winner meeting Andre Ward later this year. Froch (27-1, 20 KO) is one of only two of the original six fighters -- with Arthur Abraham -- to actually fight all three of his scheduled round robin fights. He took a close win over Andre Dirrell, a tight loss to Mikkel Kessler, and then a dominant win over Abraham late last year to advance. Johnson replaced Kessler in the final stage, and scored a TKO win to advance to the single elimination stage. Now 42, Johnson is in a position to shake up the super middleweight world.

We'll have up-to-the-minute quotes and comments from the fighters and DiBella in the comments of this post.
