In a pretty interesting turn of events, Golden Boy Promotions head Oscar de la Hoya took to Twitter for a public apology to promotional rival Bob Arum and Arum's top fighter, Manny Pacquiao. de la Hoya is currently in rehab, where he has reportedly been since May 7, dealing with alcohol and cocaine abuse that led to infidelity in his marriage.
