In a pretty interesting turn of events, Golden Boy Promotions head Oscar de la Hoya took to Twitter for a public apology to promotional rival Bob Arum and Arum's top fighter, Manny Pacquiao. Earlier we talked about a possible end to the Top Rank vs Golden Boy war, which prevents many of the top fights out there from happening due to a refusal to co-promote.

de la Hoya is currently in rehab, where he has reportedly been since May 7, dealing with alcohol and cocaine abuse that led to infidelity in his marriage.
