Video Hype: Norm MacDonald Bets $25,000 on Manny Pacquiao

Scott Christ is the managing editor of Bad Left Hook and has been covering boxing for SB Nation since 2006.

Norm MacDonald has long been one of my favorite comedians, and it's great to see him back hosting Sports Show with Norm MacDonald on Comedy Central. I have long since dreamed that we could combine Norm MacDonald's comedy with his gambling problem and then add a dash of Manny Pacquiao just to spice things up.

Lo and behold, here we are.

"This is what I'm most concerned about. His first name is Sugar. Now I don't know if you're a student of boxing, but guys whose first names are Sugar, they do pretty well."

This is truly classic Norm MacDonald, and I think Manny more than holds his own here. More Manny Pacquiao fun for everyone. I also admit I liked the product placement for Tecate. Pretty sneaky, sis.

Stay tuned to Bad Left Hook for more and more ridiculous videos (we've been promised a new Lil' Manny video next week) and full coverage of the Pacquiao vs Mosley fight.

After the jump: For no reason whatsoever, my favorite thing Norm has ever done.
