More minor tinkerings this week, and next weekend we finally start getting into a serious schedule after a slow month.

Heavyweight

Alexander Povetkin moves up from No. 10 to his more rightful place at No. 6 after defeating Ruslan Chagaev on Saturday. The win gained Povetkin his first belt, but sadly he appears headed for a defense against Old Man Holyfield in December, so it's back to fighting guys who shouldn't be in the ring with him. Talent-wise, Povetkin is up there with anyone not named Klitschko. But if the Holyfield fight happens, as it appears it will, we'll be right back to questioning his career.

The other minor move is Tony Thompson dropping from No. 7 to No. 9, as Robert Helenius holds up at No. 8. With Povetkin moving up, Eddie Chambers drops to 7, and Alexander Dimitrenko to 10. I simply think Helenius, though far from perfect, is better than Thompson right now, so I held Helenius and dropped Thompson a little. Tony will get a chance to prove that wrong when he faces Chambers in October.

Strawweight

From the biggest division to the smallest. Mexico's Moises Fuentes jumps in at No. 3 after winning a close decision over previous No. 2 Raul Garcia on Saturday. Garcia drops to No. 4, while Kazuto Ioka goes up to No. 2.
