I'd heard this this morning, but I couldn't find anything reliable and my Spanish sucks and I don't know anyone whose doesn't (does your Spanish not suck? You wanna translate stuff for the site? I won't pay you!), but now Fightnews.com has it: The infamous photos of Oscar De La Hoya appearing in women's lingerie were real, according to Oscar himself, after years of saying they were Photoshopped.

"Let me tell you, yes, it was me," admitted Oscar. "I'm tired of lying, lying to people, lying to myself." He added that he was under the influence of alcohol and cocaine when the photos were taken.

Let me be incredibly clear here: Our rules against homophobic slurs and the like stand. If you make one, you're gone.

I don't really give a damn if the photos are real or not, and never have. I never doubted they were, to be honest. There, I said it. Who cares? More than anything, I guess I find it kind of humorous, or sad if he was all hopped up on goofballs, or whatever. But the vast majority of me -- say, 98% of me -- just doesn't really care about the photos and never did, and never will. Big whoop. He wore some ladies lingerie. He rocked that ish.

As Derrick Coleman once said, "Whoop-de-damn-doo."

The full interview, in Spanish, is available after the jump.
