There aren't any really big fights taking place this weekend, but we've still got plenty of pick'em action with 5 fights on the game-sheet, including a couple of rematches.
One of those return bouts take place in Mexico, with Jorge Arce going up against Simphiwe Nongqayi. Arce was surprisingly out-boxed by his South African opponent in the first meeting, but fortunes have since changed for both men. The other rematch takes place in the UK, with Gary Sykes putting his British super-featherweight title on the line against previous conqueror Gary Buckland. The challenger barely broke a sweat in the first meeting, dropping Sykes heavily with a fight ending right hand 45 seconds into the opening round.
Dmitry Pirog, who has fought only once since his break-out win over Daniel Jacobs last year, goes up against up Gennady Martirosyan in Russia, while Marcos Maidana returns home to Argentina for a clash with Petr Petrov. Also on the line-up is a 130lb bout between Vicente Escobedo and Rocky Juarez.
For those that haven't played before, welcome to the best pick'em game going. Please join right in and start playing (just make sure to check out the rules - we promise they are very simple).
An explanation of how to fill out your selections appears at the bottom of this post - please follow these instructions as it makes it easier for us to tabulate the results quickly each week.
