Danny Garcia KO-4 Erik Morales
Danny Garcia had trouble with the old warrior Erik Morales in March of this year, but when they met again tonight in Brooklyn, Garcia had very little trouble with the faded legend, knocking Morales out on a left hook in the fourth round to improve to 3-0 on the year, all in championship fights.
Paulie Malignaggi SD-12 Pablo Cesar Cano
To say the very least, tonight's Paulie Malignaggi, lucky to beat a mid-tier ex-lightweight who wasn't in great shape, didn't much resemble the Malignaggi who went to Ukraine earlier this year and diced up Vyacheslav Senchenko.
Peter Quillin UD-12 Hassan N'dam
It was a terrific, action-packed fight, ebb and flow all over the place, and just great fun to watch. You don't get many like this one -- it was unusual, to say the least, and in a very good way.
Devon Alexander UD-12 Randall Bailey
Bailey (43-8, 37 KO) is a 38-year-old one-trick pony and fights like it, and tonight, he didn't find a home for his One Big Bomb the way he did against Mike Jones in June. Bailey is a nice, likeable fighter, but he is not exciting, and this fight was a dreadful bore.
