Fernando Guerrero and J'Leon Love back on November 3, FOX Sports

Prospects Fernando Guerrero and J'Leon Love are back in action on November 3 in a two-fight card from Golden Boy and FOX Sports.

Fernando Guerrero and J'Leon Love will be back in action next weekend on a FOX Sports-televised card from Humble, Texas, promoted by Golden Boy.

Guerrero (24-1, 18 KO) will be in the main event against veteran J.C. Candelo (32-11-4, 21 KO), a middleweight fight set for 10 rounds. 38-year-old Colombian Candelo, who now lives in Baytown, Texas, has been around for years, never a true contender, but always a solid checkpoint-type fighter, a gatekeeper at a lower level. He received one world title shot, losing to Winky Wright in an IBF junior middleweight title bout in 2003.

Guerrero, 26, has won three straight since being stopped by Grady Brewer in June 2011, but all of the wins have been of the rehab variety. It's also worth noting, too, that the Brewer fight was contested at 154 pounds, which I think we can all agree now was an ill-advised decision from Team Guerrero. He's small at middleweight, but losing the pounds did him no favors.

Love (13-0, 7 KO) last fought on September 8, easily defeating Ramon Valenzuela Jr on Showtime, dominating for seven rounds before winning by DQ in the eighth. The young Mayweather Promotions fighter has some real promise, and is a prospect to watch at 175 pounds. His opponent for the November 3 card has yet to be named, so don't expect much, given it's a week away.

The card will air live at 10 pm ET on FOX Sports Net and FOX Deportes, and will be replayed on Fuel TV on December 30, because that's useful.
