Today starting at 3 pm EST, boxing goes live from the Capital FM Arena in Nottingham, England, with Carl Froch defending his IBF super middleweight title against Yusaf Mack.

Bad Left Hook will be here with live round-by-round coverage and immediate post-fight results and analysis. Here's how you can watch:

TV channel: Sky Sports 1 (UK), Integrated Sports PPV (US)

Live stream: GFL.tv (US, $29.95)

Froch (29-2, 21 KO) is making the first defense of the title he lifted from Lucian Bute in May of this year, and with a win, will officially set up a rematch in Montreal next spring, where Bute would have homefield advantaeg, but still be a pretty sizable underdog, most likely.

Mack (31-4-2, 17 KO) will be looking to notch the biggest win of his career, and what would be without question the Upset of the Year for 2012.

On the undercard, light heavyweight Tony Bellew (18-1, 12 KO) takes on Argentina's Roberto Bolonti (30-1, 19 KO), with the vacant WBC silver title at stake, and perhaps a shot next year at the WBC's world title getting very close for the winner. Bellew is the heavy favorite, but the Argentine fighters have had a great 2012, and Bolonti will be looking for the upset.

Also featured will be bantamweight prospect Khalid Yafai (4-0, 3 KO), as well as junior welterweight prospect Scotty Cardle (7-0, 2 KO).

Join us this afternoon as we kick off a big day for live boxing coverage.
