Tonight on HBO, BoxNation, and TV Azteca, Nonito Donaire defends the WBO super bantamweight title (and WBC "Diamond" title) against Mexican warrior Jorge Arce. HBO will also be replaying the Pacquiao-Marquez IV fight from last Saturday, in case you missed that and/or just want to watch it again on your television.
Donaire (30-1, 19 KO) is looking to win his fourth fight on HBO this year, following victories over Wilfredo Vazquez Jr, Jeffrey Mathebula, and Toshiaki Nishioka. Arce (61-6-2, 46 KO) is a four-division world champion whose best may be behind him, but he just can't be counted out entirely, due to his guts, toughness, and tenacity.
Pacquiao-Marquez IV will lead the HBO broadcast, with the live fight following. BLH will have live round-by-round coverage tonight.
The original co-feature fight between WBA super bantamweight titlist Guillermo Rigondeaux and Poonsawat Kratingdaenggym was canceled when Poonsawat tested positive for HIV.
Fight time: 9:30 pm EST
TV network: HBO / BoxNation (UK) / TV Azteca (Mexico)
Live stream: Livesport.TV (for BoxNation subscribers)
