Khan vs Molina: Live results and round-by-round coverage

Amir Khan looks to snap a two-fight losing streak tonight against lightweight prospect Carlos Molina, as the two meet in the junior welterweight main event tonight on Showtime.

Khan (26-3, 18 KO) is working for the first time with new trainer Virgil Hunter in an attempt to shore up his defensive deficiencies and technical mistakes, while Molina (17-0-1, 7 KO) is looking to make a name for himself at age 27 by knocking off a well-known fighter in a fight nobody really expects him to win.

On the Showtime undercard, junior middleweight Alfredo Angulo (21-2, 18 KO) faces young welterweight Jorge Silva (19-2-2, 15 KO), and heavyweight prospect Deontay Wilder (25-0, 25 KO) looks to keep his knockout win streak alive against Kelvin Price (13-0, 6 KO).

The Showtime fights go live at 10:30 pm EST, but there will be preliminary fights on Showtime Extreme starting at 9:00 pm EST. Welterweight prospect Shawn Porter (20-0, 14 KO) will face former lightweight titlist Julio Diaz (40-7, 29 KO), and there may be at least highlights of Frankie Gomez (13-0, 10 KO) vs Pavel Miranda (17-8-1, 8 KO) in a welterweight eight-round bout.
