"Some of the things that push me? Just me naturally being a competitor. I want to win in everything I can do. It doesn't matter if we're throwing the rocks, who can jump the furthest. I want to be the best at it."
WBO welterweight titlist Timothy Bradley is featured in a new eight-part YouTube documentary series, detailing his training methods between fights. Part one focuses on his stretching and medicine ball work with James Rougely, his strength and conditioning coach.
The NOC will have new videos on weekdays, and we'll bring you each one here on BLH.

"My personal approach to training is doing workouts that are sports-specific, adapting to what I'm up against. I change my routine mainly to who I'm facing. A lot of people really just do the same thing over, and over, and over, and we have three different workouts, but I tend to adjust my training to what I'm up against. You can alter your game, no one will be able to know exactly what you're doing in the ring. They can never keep up with you, because you keep adjusting."
"I think about my opponent sometimes when I'm out here, especially when I'm getting prepared for a fight. I think about, he's not gonna work harder than me. There's absolutely no way in hell he's gonna work harder than me. There's absolutely no way he's gonna beat me, and he's not doing what I'm doing. I'm very confident. You can call it cocky, but I'm very confident in my abilities, and I'm confident that I'm putting in the right amount of work to be successful and beat anybody I step into the ring with."
