Floyd Mayweather Jr and Miguel Cotto have hit Los Angeles for the final stop on their three-city press conference tour to promote their May 5 fight. You can watch the video via UStream right here at Bad Left Hook.
This is live right now and the fighters haven't come up yet, so let's do it.
Mayweather (42-0, 26 KO) and Cotto (37-2, 30 KO) have been respectful of one another in Puerto Rico and New York, and little else should be expected but a repeat of the first two pressers with this one. Cotto will be brief as usual, but hopefully Mayweather will be a bit more lucid than he was in New York, where he switched topics the way Oscar De La Hoya used to switch trainers.
I do not know whether or not Canelo Alvarez or Shane Mosley will be on hand for this one. Mosley lives in California and Canelo's Mexican fanbase is much bigger in LA than in New York (where his name was booed when Richard Schaefer announced it), so it would make sense to have them on hand to promote their incredible PPV main event-worthy superfight, since that's allegedly such a big reason this event is OTHERWORLDLY and all that jive.
