If you haven't gotten enough Floyd Mayweather Jr on HBO TV over the last five years or so, a half-hour special called "Floyd Mayweather: Speaking Out" debuts tonight at 10:30 EDT.
Author Michael Eric Dyson will host the show, which will feature a one-on-one interview with Mayweather as he prepares for his May 5 bout against Miguel Cotto. Since "24/7" is covering the fight extensively, hopefully there will be more to this than just more on the Cotto fight, and how Cotto is "solid," and everyone has a blueprint, blah blah blah, and maybe more on, I don't know, maybe his upcoming prison sentence. I'm just throwing out wild ideas here.
If you miss it tonight because you're watching the Mares vs Morel card on Showtime, there will be more chances to catch the show. Here's a rundown of replay times, and the special will also be on HBO On Demand and HBO Go.
Other HBO playdates: April 23 (8:15 a.m., 7:00 p.m.), 25 (8:30 p.m., 2:15 a.m.), 28 (10:30 a.m., 1:00 a.m.), 29 (8:30 a.m.) and 30 (11:30 p.m.), and May 1 (12:30 a.m.) and 3 (2:00 p.m., 12:45 a.m.)
HBO2 playdates: April 26 (5:15 p.m.) and 29 (12:25 a.m.), and May 2 (5:45 p.m.), 4 (11:00 a.m.) and 5 (4:30 p.m. ET/1:30 p.m. PT)
