It seems that Floyd is going to stream his workout tomorrow. I would normally say that we really shouldn't waste our time with this stream, but this year has proven that no stream is too dull for boxing fans. Whether it was the NYSAC meeting about the extent Antonio Margarito's injury, or the live sentencing of Floyd Mayweather, nothing is too dull for the passionate boxing fan.
In that spirit, Floyd will stream his workout according to his website and this official statement.
Floyd "Money" Mayweather invites boxing fans around the globe to tune intohis media workout tomorrow as he streams it LIVE on his website www.floydmayweather.com. Mayweather wants to give fans a preview of what's in store on May 5 when he takes on Miguel Cotto from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nev. which will be produced and distributed live by HBO Pay-Per-View®.
To watch Mayweather's live workout visit www.floydmayweather.comtomorrow at 6:45 p.m. ET/3:45 p.m. PT.
Tune in tomorrow to see Floyd and Roger do a coordinated pad routine. Floyd might skip rope to a song and look fast. He might also hit the speed bag while doing something else, like talking on the phone or mugging for the camera. Finally, Floyd might put on a bunch of weight on a head brace and do a neck workout. There also may be some general calisthenics and maybe a late night run or two.
I have no interest in seeing this mostly because I feel like I have seen the totality of Floyd's non-sparring workouts throughout the HBO 24/7 series. However, Scott might be interested in having a midweek live thread and honestly you guys are the only thing that can make this event interesting. So will you guys be interested in this sort of thing or will it be a pass?
