The fighters for tomorrow night's quadruple header (plus one more fight on SHO Extreme) weighed in today in California, with two fighters initially coming in a bit heavy, but making weight on second attempts. Everyone is good to go.
In the cruiserweight main event, Antonio Tarver weighed in at 198 pounds, with Lateef Kayode at 199. Tarver's minor IBO title will be on the line. Our preview -- part four of four for the card -- for Tarver vs Kayode will be up tomorrow at 10 a.m. EDT.
The middleweight co-feature saw Peter Quillin come in officially at 159.6 pounds after initially weighing in a bit heavy, and opponent Winky Wright, returning from a three-year absence, weighed in at 159 pounds. Our preview for Quillin vs Wright will be up tomorrow at 9 a.m. EDT.
Defending WBA junior middleweight titlist Austin Trout also weighed in a bit heavy on his first go, but made weight at 152.8 a bit later. Delvin Rodriguez came in at 151 pounds. Read the Trout vs Rodriguez preview.
In a matchup for the vacant IBF bantamweight title, both Vusi Malinga and Leo Santa Cruz weighed in at 117 pounds. Read the Santa Cruz vs Malinga preview, which also previews Sakio Bika (167.6) vs Dyah Davis (166.6).
