Timothy Bradley is still undefeated, and still has his WBO welterweight title, beating Juan Manuel Marquez tonight by split decision at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas on scores of 115-113, 116-112, 113-115. Bad Left Hook had it 115-113 for Bradley.

Bradley (31-0, 12 KO) now has a more legitimate major victory on his resume to replace his controversial 2012 win over Manny Pacquiao. Marquez (55-7-1, 40 KO) was outboxed, outquicked, and just didn't do enough in many of the rounds, and though they were pretty much all competitive, it's hard to not feel like Marquez just lost this one because Bradley was able to control much of the fight with a sharp jab, and slip a lot of Marquez's power shots.

Marquez, as usual, didn't look comfortable in taking the lead for the dance, which left Bradley able to pump that jab into Marquez's face.

Final CompuBox stats had Bradley outlanding Marquez 168-153, and throwing 562 punches (30%) to Marquez's 455 (34%). Bradley outjabbed Marquez 82-38, while Marquez landed more power shots, 115-86.
