Today at 3:30 pm EDT streaming live on Top Rank TV, WBO welterweight titlist Timothy Bradley and challenger Juan Manuel Marquez will be in Las Vegas for the final press conference ahead of Saturday night's fight, which will be televised on HBO pay-per-view, and also available live on Top Rank PPV online.
Bradley (30-0, 12 KO) is hoping for a huge win here, and if he scores a legitimate victory, I think most will see this as the biggest win of his career. The 30-year-old from Palm Springs, California, does hold a win over Manny Pacquiao, but 99.3% (scientific fact, calculated) of fans thought that was a pure robbery. Marquez (55-6-1, 40 KO) also has a win over Manny, but he knocked him out cold last December, leaving no doubt, and he did better in their first three fights than most felt Bradley did last year, too.
The 40-year-old Marquez is also aiming to become a four-division world champion, as he's already won titles at 126, 130, and 135. He also briefly held an interim belt at 140.
