Manny Pacquiao will have a live streamed workout today from the Philippines, starting at 2:00 pm EST. You can watch right here on Bad Left Hook this afternoon.
Fighter of the Decade MANNY "Pacman" PACQUIAO has subjected himself to the longest and most intense preparation -- 12 weeks -- since 2008 when he moved up two weight classes and scored a TKO victory over Oscar de La Hoya. The dazzling results will be seen on this video of his workout with Hall of Fame trainer Freddie Roach at their Philippines-based training camp. Pacquiao vs. Rios will take place Saturday, November 23 and will be produced and distributed live by HBO Pay-Per-View®, beginning at 9:00 p.m. ET / 6:00 p.m. PT.
Pacquiao (54-5-2, 38 KO) hasn't won a fight since 2011, when he won a back-and-forth battle with Juan Manuel Marquez that many felt he deserved to lose. He followed that with what most saw as a wide win over Tim Bradley, only for Bradley to get the nod in Las Vegas. In his bout in December 2012, Pacquiao was brutally knocked out by Marquez in their fourth encounter.
