Pick'em Game: Season Fifteen Final Standings

Congratulations to motowneast, the new BLH Pick'em Champion!

The title was decided by the slimmest of margins with the winner holding only a single point edge on TheDemolitionDan,183.5 to 182.5. The battle to the finish almost had a different ending as our runner-up appeared uncertain on the Purdy-Rivera fight, first writing in Purdy by stoppage, only to change the pick a minute late to the British fighter by decision. The switch proved costly as Purdy won via a 9th round TKO... and with that result, the championship slipped from the grasp of a one-time winner into the hands of a rookie.

Third place went to serge campbell with 176, while A.F. and DrHenrik came on very strong in the final week to finish fourth and fifth respectively with 171 and 157.5.

Sixth spot went to another rookie in dadaboat10 with 138, followed by week 9 frontrunner EndoEnderson, stumbling badly in the final week to finish seventh at 134.5. Taking eighth was sp0rtsfan86 at 132.5, followed by first time player molsondet in ninth at 124, and cheetahpants in tenth with 120.

It took one of the best weeks we've ever seen in the game to grab weekly honors, with DrHenrik posting an amazing 89 points. The big score came on a 8 for 9 tally, that included 4 successful doubles and a triple for good measure.

Also posting a huge score was A.F. (5 for 7, 2 doubles & 3 triples) in second with 81, while mrhidley (7 for 9, 2 doubles & 1 triple) in third at 64.5 and TheDemolitionDan (6 for 9, 3 doubles & 1 triple) in fourth at 60.5 also put up impressive numbers. Fifth spot went to tylerj19 (4 for 9, 1 double & 1 triple) with 41, followed by the rest of the weekly top ten, serge campbell 39.5, dadaboat 38, motowneast 37, notclements 35 and cheetahpants with 34.5.
