Julian Williams TKO-3 Dashon Johnson
Johnson (14-11-3, 5 KO) came in on short notice, and put up a solid fight, but Williams (12-0-1, 7 KO) put a stop to it in three, when referee Rafael Ramos stepped in to end the bout. Williams looked like he had some talent.
Terrell Gausha UD-4 Will Waters
Gausha (4-0, 2 KO), a member of the 2012 US Olympic team, went down hard in the first round on a right hand, but came back to win a hell of a little fight on scores of 38-37 across the board. The crowd booed, but it was the right score.
Jermall Charlo RTD-5 Orlando Lora
Lora (29-4-2, 19 KO), a tough but very limited guy you've seen lose to Paul Malignaggi and Keith Thurman, gave a decent fight here, in that he put in the effort, but Charlo (13-0, 9 KO) had too much for him.
Earlier Results: Andres Gutierrez TKO-5 Salvador Sanchez II; Ivan Morales UD-8 Raul Hidalgo; Omar Gonzalez SD-4 Raul Martinez (huge setback for comebacking Martinez).
Martinez (29-2, 17 KO) had recently won at the world championship level but somehow came up short against journeyman Gonzalez (5-8, 1 KO). This is Gonzalez's only noteworthy win throughout his 12 year career.
