The latest tests on middleweight prospect Danny Jacobs were cancer-free, giving the 26-year-old fighter a clear mind heading into his fight on Saturday night at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn.

Jacobs (24-1, 21 KO) will face Keenan Collins (15-7-3, 10 KO) in an undercard bout on the Garcia-Judah show. Highlights of Jacobs' fight will air on the Showtime broadcast, which begins at 9 pm EDT.

"I've pushed myself harder this training camp than I have for any other fight since making my comeback," Jacobs said. "Now with this behind me, I can get ready for [Saturday] with no problem whatsoever."

Obviously, this is wonderful news not just for his career, but in every single imaginable way. His two fights since he's returned to the ring showed him in remarkably good shape when you consider what he's gone through the last couple of years, and now that he's gotten the clean bill of health, he can totally move forward with his career.
