Today starting at 3:00 pm EDT on Sky Box Office in the UK, and with the main event also airing at 6:00 pm EDT on HBO in the US, Carl Froch and Mikkel Kessler square off in a rematch of their terrific 2010 fight. BLH will have live, round-by-round coverage of the full card.
Froch (30-2, 22 KO) is the solid favorite for most, but Kessler (46-2, 35 KO) won their first fight, and has a lot of confidence, even though this time he'll be on the road in London. With Andre Ward on the shelf (and maybe even if he wasn't), this is the biggest possible fight in the super middleweight division, which has been one of the hot weight classes in recent years.
In the main undercard bout, Tony Bellew (19-1-1, 12 KO) will take on Isaac Chilemba (20-1-2, 9 KO) in another rematch. The two went to a disappointing draw on March 30. The winner will likely be in line for a shot at the WBC light heavyweight title, currently held by Chad Dawson.
Also featured on the TV undercard will be super middleweight prospect/contender George Groves (18-0, 14 KO), who will face Noe Gonzalez (30-2, 22 KO).
