Today at 6:00 pm EDT, the weigh-in event for tomorrow night's big Mayweather vs Guerrero pay-per-view will begin, and you can watch the show right here on BLH. It will also be broadcast on Showtime, so if you're near a TV, hey, live your own life, man.
In the main event, of course, Floyd Mayweather (43-0, 26 KO) will defend the WBC welterweight title against Robert Guerrero (31-1-1, 18 KO). Mayweather is the heavy betting favorite, which is par for the course, and it seems that few see any way for Guerrero to pull off what would be the likely untoppable upset of the decade, in terms of the odds and the impact it would have on the sport. This would not quite be Tyson-Douglas levels of huge, but on the sliding scale, it would be in that range.
On the undercard, Daniel Ponce De Leon (44-4, 35 KO) defends the WBC featherweight title against Abner Mares (25-0-1, 13 KO) in a fight that could have easily headlined its own Showtime event, and one that fans would have been anxious to see. Leo Santa Cruz (23-0-1, 13 KO) faces Alexander Munoz (36-4, 28 KO) at super bantamweight, and J'Leon Love (15-0, 8 KO) takes his toughest test against Gabriel Rosado (21-6, 13 KO).
