With Top Rank brass already in Macau for this weekend's Fist of Gold II event, Manny Pacquiao and Brandon Rios will get their press tour started for their November 23 fight, which will also take place in the budding big-event boxing city.
After Saturday, the fighters will tour Beijing for press opportunities the following Monday, then hold a presser there next Tuesday. After that, they'll head to Shanghai and Singapore before returning to the United States to visit ESPN headquarters on August 5, followed by press conferences in New York and Los Angeles on August 5 and 6, respectively.
Pacquiao (54-5-2, 38 KO) is looking to secure his first win since November 2011, while Rios (31-1-1, 23 KO) is aiming to bounce back from his loss to Mike Alvarado on March 30. The fight is expected to do big business in Macau, as well as draw good pay-per-view money in the States, as well as being a potentially explosive action fight.
