Manny Pacquiao and Brandon Rios will make their November 23 HBO pay-per-view main event from Macau 100% official tonight at Midnight EDT, as the two are in China during the Fists of Gold II hoopla to announce their own fight.
The press conference will stream live at TopRank.TV. We'll have some live comments on the Twitter account, followed by a quick recap of the event here on the site.
Pacquiao (54-5-2, 38 KO) has lost two straight, though one was questionable at best, and Rios (31-1-1, 23 KO) is also coming in off of a loss, but this promises to be an action fight, and it's a huge opportunity for Brandon Rios, while Pacquiao absolutely cannot afford to lose. If he loses to Rios, his career as a top fighter is most likely over. A win for Rios would elevate him to true star level.
If you're up this evening, make sure to tune in. BLH will be pulling something of an all-nighter as we head into live Fists of Gold II coverage at 6:00 am EDT.
