Daniel, you've been here in Atlantic City for a few days now settling in, and you seem pretty relaxed.

Daniel Geale

Yeah, it's been pretty comfortable since we got to Atlantic City. It's business as usual. We've been doing the finishing touches to training, and everything's going perfect. I'm feeling better and better every day.

Ben Damon, FOX Sports

How's your weight going a couple of days from the fight?

Danie Geale

My weight is unbelievable at the moment. I'm only less than a couple of kilos overweight, which at this stage is unheard of for me. I'm really happy and looking forward to making weight much easier.

A few comments in the press conference from Darren Barker about the Australia-England rivalry, obviously with the Lions tour and the Ashes at the moment, they've got us covered. You've got to fly the flag for Australia.

Danie Geale

That's it. They've had too much good fortune and they've been doing it too easily in the other sports. I think something needs to be changed, and I'm looking forward to the challenge. Darren's going to be a tough fight, but I feel that I'm better and I feel that with the way things have been going, I've got that experience, and I'm going to retain my title.

Ben Damon, FOX Sports

Such a big opportunity for you fighting in front of an American audience on HBO live around America as well, you could really set up some big things for yourself.

Danie Geale

Yeah, definitely. You've got plenty of important people watching, and that's what we wanted. We wanted to fight in front of these people just to get the American boxing public to know me a little bit more, and I think they'll like what they see.

Ben Damon, FOX Sports

What's your prediction for the fight?

Danie Geale

My prediction for the fight is to win the fight. I'm gonna win, it's going to be an entertaining fight. I don't mind how my hand is raised at the end, but as long as that happens, I'll be happy.
