Geale vs Barker: Fight time, live stream, results, and round-by-round coverage

Daniel Geale (29-1, 15 KO) defends the IBF middleweight title tonight against Darren Barker (25-1, 16 KO), with Jhonatan Romero (23-0, 12 KO) defending the IBF super bantamweight title against Kiko Martinez (28-4, 20 KO) in the co-feature on HBO Boxing After Dark.

Tonight at 9:45 pm EDT on HBO, Boxing After Dark returns with a live doubleheader and a tape delay airing of this afternoon's Cleverly vs Kovalev fight leading off the broadcast. BLH will be here with live results of the two bouts from Atlantic City, including the main event, where Daniel Geale defends the IBF middleweight title against Darren Barker.

Note: We would really appreciate no "spoilers" for Cleverly-Kovalev in the comments, because there are already Cleverly-Kovalev results posts on the front page, but if you're really, desperately trying to avoid being "spoiled" on that fight, don't join this thread until after it has ended on HBO.

Australia's Geale (29-1, 15 KO) is making his U.S. and HBO debuts tonight, as he takes on the UK's Barker (25-1, 16 KO), a former challenged to Sergio Martinez who fell short in 2011. This fight may be more Barker's speed, but he's still the underdog a little bit. Geale has been on a strong run, and has been very active since lifting the belt from Sebastian Sylvester in 2011.

In the co-feature, we'll see Colombia's Jhonatan Romero (23-0, 12 KO) defend the IBF super bantamweight title against former European champ Kiko Martinez (28-4, 20 KO) of Spain. So counting the tape delay fight, we have six fighters, none from the United States, on tonight's HBO card. Austin Trout's manager is going to have a stroke.
