NBC Sports Fight Night - Adamek vs Guinn: Live results and round-by-round coverage

Tomasz Adamek, Eddie Chambers, and Curtis Stevens are back tonight on NBC Sports. BLH will have live coverage beginning at 10:30 pm EDT.

Tonight on NBC Sports and BoxNation in the UK, Main Events is back with NBC Sports Fight Night, featuring Tomasz Adamek, Eddie Chambers, and Curtis Stevens in a trio of fights from the Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Connecticut. BLH will be here with live coverage and updates, including immediate post-fight recaps of each bout.

BLH Preview: "Three to See"

The night's de facto main event will see Adamek (48-2, 29 KO) in the ring for the first time since last December's controversial win over Steve Cunningham. He was supposed to face Kubrat Pulev in a final IBF eliminator, but balked at that fight, saying he had bigger fights to make in Poland. Those did not materialize, and now he's back against American veteran Dominick Guinn (34-9-1, 23 KO), a former prospect whose "Southern Disaster" nickname became unfortunately accurate about a decade ago. If Adamek is rusty -- or just fading as quickly as he seems he might be -- there could be a spot of trouble here, but it's not likely.

Eddie Chambers (36-3, 18 KO) has made an official move down to cruiserweight, and came in light yesterday at 196 pounds. He looked good, but there is at least some worry, perhaps, that he might have overtrained a bit. We'll see, as he faces South Africa's Thabiso Mchunu (13-1, 10 KO) in a 10-round fight tonight.

Opening up the broadcast will be power punching middleweight Curtis Stevens (24-3, 17 KO). Stevens will be taking on Mexican veteran Saul Roman (37-9, 31 KO), who also packs some thump and has given some pretty good fighters some pretty good fights over the years.
