Tonight at 9:00 pm EDT from Cowboys Dancehall in San Antonio, Texas, FOX Sports 1 and Golden Boy Promotions are back for their second Monday night show, headlined by a 10-round welterweight bout between ex-titleholder Luis Collazo and prospect Alan Sanchez.

Collazo (33-5, 17 KO) has won two straight fights against Steve Upsher Chambers and Miguel Callist, following a loss in 2011 to Freddy Hernandez. The 32-year-old Collazo hasn't been in a really major fight since his 2009 loss to Andre Berto, where he pushed the then-unbeaten, then-WBC titlist to the limit on HBO.

Sanchez (12-2-1, 6 KO) is a 22-year-old from Fairfield, California, who is probably best known for a TKO-1 upset of Artemio Reyes on Friday Night Fights in 2012. His last loss came in 2010 against Reyes, after which he drew with Luis Grajeda. Sanchez has won seven straight fights.

In the co-feature, local favorite Raul Martinez (29-3, 17 KO) will look to get his career back on track. The 31-year-old San Antonio native lost his last fight in April, dropping a four-round decision to a guy who came in with a 5-8 record. Martinez will face Daniel Quevedo (13-13-3, 8 KO) tonight in an eight-round super bantamweight fight.

Also featured on the show will be three-time U.S. Olympian Rau'Shee Warren (6-0, 3 KO). Warren will be facing Omar Gonzalez (6-8, 1 KO) in a six-round bantamweight bout.

Here's my mainest man Jesse Dayton with the theme for tonight's show:
