2013 had a lot of great rounds but only so many of them were able to make the listed videos. Highlights of 3 different rounds were chosen from Bradley-Provodnikov because people are conflicted about which was the best. If you're thinking of rounds that didn't make the cut, the following were also considered:
Rounds where both fighters hit the deck
2013-01-19 Isa Akberbayev vs Anthony Ferrante - Round 1
2013-01-30 Alejandro Solis vs Eduardo De La Cruz - Round 1
2013-02-01 Artur Szpilka vs Mike Mollo I - Round 4
2013-02-02 Teresa Perozzi vs Tori Nelson II - Round 3
2013-02-22 Raul Lopez vs DeWayne Wisdom - Round 2
2013-06-02 Yuji Hasegawa vs Yuki Tsuge - Round 2 (double knockdown)
2013-06-14 Jerome Rodriguez vs Treysean Wiggins - Round 1

2013-08-22 Pete Reyes vs Juan Zapata
2013-09-06 Ibrahim Kamal vs Sebastien Benito - Round 4
Brinson-Melendez 4, Maher-Rivera 1, and Sequeira-Hong 1 were selected as the best rounds in the "both down" category.
Rounds where one guy hit the deck
2013-02-01 Artur Szpilka vs Mike Mollo I - Round 4
2012-02-22 Lamont Peterson vs Kendall Holt - Round 4
2013-04-12 Landon Horseman vs Ray Lampkin - Round 2

2013-08-10 Dante Jardon vs Gamaliel Diaz - Round 4
2013-08-16 Artur Szpilka vs Mike Mollo II - Round 3
2013-08-17 Takashi Miura vs Sergio Thompson - Round 6
2013-09-14 Danny Garcia vs Lucas Matthysse - Round 11
2013-09-21 Max Bursak vs Nick Blackwell - Round 4
2013-10-05 Jayson Velez vs Dat Nguyen - Round 2
2013-10-19 Mike Alvarado vs Ruslan Provodnikov - Round 8 (Alvarado down twice)
2013-11-30 Juan Carlos Sanchez Jr vs Zolani Tete - Round 6
2013-12-31 Takashi Uchiyama vs Daiki Kaneko - Round 10
Hill-Maynard 1, Bradley-Provodnikov 12, Granados-Salser 5, Geale-Barker 6, and Miura-Thompson 8 made the compilation videos as the best "one down" rounds, but Porpramook-Eto 12 was as good as any of those. So why isn't it featured in a video? Porpramook-Eto 9 was simply that great (without knockdowns).
Other fun rounds
2013-01-25 Serhiy Dzinziruk vs Brian Vera - Round 8
2013-01-29 Kenji Kubo vs Rey Megrino - Round 2

2013-12-31 Takashi Uchiyama vs Daiki Kaneko - Round 11
And that should cover most of the great rounds of 2013 (you may suggest more). One man can only see so many fights, even if these lists are more comprehensive than what "panels of experts" submit...
Be that as it may, BLH once again needs user input to help choose a winner. The most serious ROTY candidates include Bradley-Provodnikov 2, Kaovichit-Tsutsumi 10, Rios-Alvarado II-2, Brinson-Melendez 4, Bika-Periban 12, Figueroa-Arakawa 3, Porpramook-Eto 9, and Kirkland-Tapia 3. No "scientific process" was used to isolate those; they just passed the eyeball test after multiple viewings.
But feel free to vote for whichever round you like best, whether it's listed or not. Submit picks in the comments section. A winner will not be chosen until the "2013 Male Fighter Awards" article which will come out in February. You may also continue to submit picks for the KOTY (choices here).
