Molina vs Bundrage: Live streaming results and round by round coverage

New, comments

Carlos Molina returns to defend his IBF junior middleweight title against Cornelius Bundrage tonight in Mexico.

Coming up tonight at 9:30 pm EDT (so in a few minutes, basically), Carlos Molina will be back in action from Cancun, Mexico, as he defends the IBF junior middleweight title against former titleholder Cornelius "K9" Bundrage. The fight will air on ESPN Deportes and in the States, and BoxNation in the UK.

Molina (22-5-2, 6 KO) hasn't fought since he won the belt against Ishe Smith in September 13, as a scheduled defense earlier this year against Jermall Charlo was canceled when Molina was jailed in Las Vegas and eventually deported to Mexico, where he was born. He had been wanted in the state of Wisconsin on charges of failing to register as a sex offender.

Bundrage (33-5, 19 KO) is a 41-year-old Detroit fighter who was last in the ring on January 24, beating Joey Hernandez. That's his only fight since February 2013, when he dropped the IBF belt to Ishe Smith on Showtime.

Other fights scheduled for the card:

  • Rene Alvarado (20-3, 14 KO) vs Juan Pablo Sanchez (29-11, 13 KO), super featherweights, 10 rounds
  • Silverio Ortiz (32-14, 14 KO) vs Felipe De la Paz Teniente (15-2-1, 6 KO), welterweights, 10 rounds
