Gary Shaw announced to RingTV.com that Thomas Dulorme will face Hank Lundy as part of the Dec 6 HBO triple header that will be headlined by Gabriel Rosado vs. David Lemieux. The broadcast will kickoff with a showdown between middleweights Hugo Centeno and James De La Rosa. The card will take place at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York.
There was talk of Rosado (21-8, 13 KOs) fighting James Kirkland (32-1, 28 KOs) on the undercard of Hopkins-Kovalev, but that fight fell through. Rosado hasn't emerged victorious in his last four fights, which include a split decision loss to J'Leon Love which was turned into a no contest after Love tested positive for a banned diuretic, TKO losses to Gennady Golovkin and Pete Quillin, and a unanimous decision loss to Jermell Charlo. Lemieux (32-2, 30 KOs) has won seven fights in a row since losing back to back fights to Marco Antonio Rubio and Joachim Alcine. His most recent victory was a knockout of Fernando Guerrero.
Dulorme (21-1, 14 KOs) has won five fights in a row since being stopped by Luis Carlos Abregu in 2012. Lundy (25-3-1, 12 KOs) has won three fights in a row after dropping back to back decisions to Viktor Postol and Raymundo Beltran.
